Hey people,

I had a quick look at DofSprite and don't see very clearly what it is
intended to do. Could you share any experiences you've had with it?
What is it for, how does it work, etc...

DOFSprite is a type of 3d sprite that caches a representation of it's bitmap at various degrees of blur, allowing fast depth-of-field effects to be rendered realtime on sprites with minimal slowdown. see the following example for a use case of the class:
