WELCOME RACE FANS to AWANA GRAND PRIX SEASON!!!!

 

I wanted to send a reminder on dates for the upcoming Grand Prix.

 

This Thursday will be the last day to buy cars.

This Saturday will be the work day to add weight to your cars.

Grand Prix Information

(Award categories this year will be for Patriotism/Awana club/Original design)

There will be separate races & awards for Cubbies/Sparks/T&T/Parents & Leaders

*Thursdays, February 2nd – February 9^th – Grand Prix car sales ($4.00 each)

Only New cars purchased this year from Awana will be eligible to race

*Saturday, February 11^th – Workshop at Emmaus gym from 9-11:00 a.m.

This will be the time to get help with adding weights to cars, etc.

* Thursday, February 23^rd - Grand Prix weigh in

ALL cars must be turned in by this date in order to race (include name & number on bottom)

 

*Thursday, March 8^th – Race Day  6:15 – 8:00 (Snow day – March 22^nd)

Family & Friends are encouraged to attend the Grand Prix
