Hello,
 
A reminder that this Thursday Feb 23rd, is the day to turn in your cars.
 
Please verify the following:
  1. Your car needs to have the number on TOP that was assigned to you upon buying the car.  The car number should be written on your bag.  This is how we keep track of your car during the race.
  2. Write your name and number also on the bottom side.
  3. After turning in the cars this week, they will be stored away in the Race Garage, where no one can tamper with them.  Please make sure all your finishing touches are 100% complete before turning in the car.
 
 
Grand Prix Information
(Award categories this year will be for Patriotism/Awana club/Original design)
There will be separate races & awards for Cubbies/Sparks/T&T/Parents & Leaders
*Thursdays, February 2nd – February 9th – Grand Prix car sales ($4.00 each)
Only New cars purchased this year from Awana will be eligible to race
*Saturday, February 11th – Workshop at Emmaus gym from 9-11:00 a.m.
This will be the time to get help with adding weights to cars, etc.
* Thursday, February 23rd - Grand Prix weigh in
ALL cars must be turned in by this date in order to race (include name & number on bottom)
 
*Thursday, March 8th – Race Day  6:15 – 8:00 (Snow day – March 22nd)
Family & Friends are encouraged to attend the Grand Prix
