Parents and Leaders,

Looking forward to seeing you out this Thursday at club. 

Calendar Events:

October 7th, but we will NOT have club October 13 or 20th due to special events at Emmaus.  

October 27th-- we will return to regularly scheduled clubs.
  (Yes DCSD parents, we have club on this non school day because of conferences)

Concerns/Learning Struggles:

  • If your child has learning difficulties or you have concerns about their progress, please come in and speak with their leader, the club Director or Commander
  • Lois Manning/Randy Vannorsdel for Sparks, Cassie Early/Doug Fern for TnT, Becky Kraus for cubbies, or Brent Fessler is our Commander.   Not sure who these people are, ask at the check in tables and we will help you locate them. We want club to be a GREAT experience for ALL our kids. 

Reminders


  • Remember to not drop your kids off until 6 pm. We just aren't ready to supervise them until 6pm.
  • Club starts at 6:15 pm and ends at 8 pm. Parents must come in and pick up their children. 
  • Please try to have your children at club by 6:15 pm, if they arrive late, they miss out on the evening activities! 
  • Please park only in the first row of the gym for drop off/pick up.  (If you are staying for the whole club, park in the regular lot, not the first row.)
  • If you need to write a check to AWANA it's AWANA 6202.  Dues can be paid weekly 50 cents (for cubbies the can is upstairs, everyone else on the check in tables) or annually $12.   T-shirts, vests, and books may be purchased at the table near the drinking fountain.  
  • We encourage all clubbers and leaders to wear their uniform each week, if you can't afford one, let us know we have some used ones available.
