Healthier for Men and Women to Pee in Squatting Posture

For Male and Female it is Beneficial, Wise and Healthier Always to Pee or to Pass Urine Peacefully in Squatting Posture, or at least  Sitting Posture. :-)

It is quite sensitive question “pee or passing urine”, and same time, we can see by our self – our mind-set are different, if we do this activate in standing or squatting posture. That make even grate impact of whole our Balanced and Healthy lifestyle, that mean on whole our life. So offten people ask, “How To Increase Your Libido And Avoid Impotence?”.  First of all by pee, relieve your self, pass urine or urinate in Squatting Posture. Why like that? Generally, in animal kingdom, for standing, sitting, passing urine and passing stool are different postures. Small children by nature, before they are trained up by adults, are still quite close to natural and healthy lifestyle and naturally passing urine and stool in squatting posture. Why? As Ayurveda Doctor Achutananda told, ‘urinating while standing leads us to backache, loss of energy of the senses, fatigue and quick loss of vital energy’. As Ayurveda Doctor Shiva describe, ‘from healthy point of view, by nature male and female body make in a way, when in squatting posture all urine naturally and peacefully come out, because in this positions our human body are more naturally relax and that help urine more completely live left our body. If habitually, we urinate in standing posture, then in our urinary system remains 5 to 10 percent of not evacuate bottom urinary thicknesses. As in backed naturally, most dirty things and garbage stay at bottom. That mean, if we, male or female, pee or urinate in standing posture and never completely empty our urine

system (which is meant by creator every time be completely empty), in our urine system start gradually grow and multiply dirty things, garbage, bacteria’s, stones, infections etc which support, first of all, gradually it will increasing urinary system diseases,  unhealthy sexual desire, unsatisfaction, anxiety, frustration, depression, frequency of nightfalls (unconsciously lose semen without masturbation or sexual intercourse),  lust, mode of passion and ignorance etc. And ultimately by this unhealthy habit, we will end up in urinary system diseases like urinary tract infections, incontinence, bladder cancer, bladder exstrophy, diaper rash, kidney cancer, kidney stones, urethral diverticula, vesicoureteral reflux, cystocele (fallen bladder), hematuria (blood in the urine), impotence – erectile dysfunction, interstitial cystitis,  infertility in men, peyronie’s disease, prostate disease, prostate cancer as well as other unhealthy conditions and diseases affecting the urinary system.’

In these three photos (top left and right) we can see the Healthy Pee or Urinate Squatting Posture for adults and children, for Men and Women.

Unfortunately, in present day, by flags of freedom and hygiene, so much advertisement going on  even for female urinate by standing. [external link] In aspects of unhealthy pee or urinate by standing for femalehealth, as we speak before, for female urinate by standing is more dangers as male. Those women, who practice this unhealthy standing urinate posture, for sure ultimately will end up more quickly, than male, in women and urinate system health problems and diseases.

“Urinary system diseases affect the lives of millions of people every year. Some cause temporary inconvenience and discomfort. Others can cause extreme pain and may even be fatal.” [external link]

Squatting and sitting posture: Squatting posture for male and female for pee for sure is more natural and healthier  that sitting. And consequently sitting posture is more natural and healthier  that standing. If we for now not able to squatting for pee, the healthier at least to do that in sitting posture for time being. That we can to say about passing stool. :-(   More details we can read in article “Squatting, the Best Toilet Posture“.

Many of these urinary system diseases and others healthy problems can be simple prevented, if we just follow natural and eternal laws of nature by daily drinking sufficiently plain water (on average 1.7-2.3l per day) and always wisely and healthy pass urine peacefully in squatting posture.

Squatting posture from emotional health and stress relief aspect: If we can take nice peaceful break for a moment of 1.5-2 minutes for 7-10 time par day, then these 15-20 minutes per day will greatly improve and balance our emotional health and relationships with others.

Squatting posture from social point of view: Pee or urinate by squatting posture is more polite and respective to our self and others. This is also usually more effective in concealing one’s private parts, and in preventing the urine from splashing back onto one’s own body and clothes.
“The reality is men can NOT pee standing up without getting as much as a stray drop on the seat or the outside surface of the toilet. Fragmentation of the urine stream causes particles of urine to dissipate. The larger the distance urine has to travel, the bigger the dissipation radius gets.”

“Some of you may say, “No, not me! I can pee through a donut from 40 feet above!” Well, mister hand-eye coordination, you are probably one of those people who also never ask for directions. Admitting that you have a problem is half the battle. At some point in your life you need to ask yourself, “Is it worth it? What has peeing standing up cost me in my life?” [external link (15 Mar 2011)

Squatting posture from mindfulness and spiritual point, we can see in narrations convey to us that the usual practice of the Grate Saint Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and Lord Buddha and His trained Buddhist order monks was to urinate in the sitting posture. [Please see whole article] In addition, others monastic orders also, by tradition and for other reasons, still today pass urine and stool in squatting posture. In the Mahabharata King Bhima explains that people in present age (Sanskrit:Kali-yuga) will lose their life span simply by urinating while standing.
