GOLU/DOLL display competition Avvai Tamil Sangam (Regd.)(ATS) is pleased to announce GOLU/DOLL display competition for the second year for the residents of Trans Yamuna area i.e. (Noida/Greater Noida, MVihar 1,2,3, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Vaishali, Vasundara Enclave,etc). As you are aware, the Navrathri Starts from Thursday 21st September 2017 to Friday 29th September 2017. The main Rules and Regulations for this year’s Golu Competition would be: 1. Any participant who wish to participate in this competition would be required to have minimum FIVE steps and the Golu placed in show-case or placed in the ground will not be considered and will be disqualified from the competition; 2. This year, the prizes will be classified into two categories: a. Golu with Park and lighting; b. Golu without park and lighting. Members from ATS will visit the participating member’s house with prior intimation during the Navratri days; 3. Interested participants can enroll themselves on or before 22nd Sep 2017 Friday 10 pm through this link https://goo.gl/forms/SfX4069OGwokBPQ63 by providing your name and full correspondence address and WhatsApp number with alternate contact number (in case we are not able to get through to you through prime number). 4. Avvai Tamil Sangam nominated Panel of Judges will visit participants houses during afternoon/evening time ONLY tentatively on 23rd & 24th September 2017, depending upon the number of participation received. 5. Golu scoring will be on the basis of (a) Golu Arrangement (b) Theme of Golu arrangement if any (c) Number of Steps (minimum 5); (d) Lighting visibility of Golu and Park (wherever applicable) (e) Cleanliness (f) Children help in setting up the Golu (g) Male member help on Golu (h) Any other specific attraction observed by judges 6.
