Vital Signs report community survey: your input needed!

Hello,

I am coordinating the first ever Alberni Valley Vital Signs report for the
AV Community Foundation.


One of the hallmarks of the Vital Signs report is community participation.
To this end, a survey has been created to collect feedback about life in
the Valley. It's on the Community Foundation website
<http://www.albernifoundation.ca/>, on the left hand side, under the Menu.


Please participate in the survey - your perspective is needed!! Also,
please share with your co-workers, clients, students, families, friends,
and on social networks. The survey is validated as we get more and more
responses, and we are also aiming for diversity - all ages, all
backgrounds, and I'd love to see responses from people who've been here for 40 years alongside people who've just moved here, and everyone in between!
