This is a reminder that the next AVSIG quarterly videoconference will be held on Tuesday 2 June at 11am AEST. I, Junrong Yu (TERN, https://www.tern.org.au/), will chair the meeting.

Nicholas Car (KurrawongAI, https://kurrawong.ai/) will present on "Adding a new web-based vocab editing UI to existing vocab installations."

KurrawongAI has worked with a number of Australian government organisations to create, publish and manage vocabularies over 5+ years. In that time, they have evolved the way these vocabs are created, stored, versioned and delivered to publication systems, introducing tools such as VocExcel for creation, Prez for publication and PrezManifest for automated data transfer. They have now implemented a new tool, K-Maker, a vocabs+ creation, editing and curation tool. The "+" indicates it works with (SKOS) vocabs out-of-the-box but can be extended to handle other objects. This presentation will overview K-Maker (https://kurrawong.ai/products/k-maker) and describe how it has been added to existing vocab deployments, as well as how it is used in vocabs+ mode to manage custom datasets.
