My challenges for this year are to effect engagement and compliance in records management, and to implement records management "in-situ", that is, mostly without a dedicated records management system, in MS365 using the new MS Purview tools. I'm pretty sure there will be semantic modelling to follow! As I put in my previous comment, Keyword AAA will be a key vocabulary.
