Hi All,

Junrong, myself (the current AVSIG chairs) and Rowan are in the process of trying to identify potential topics for future AVSIG meetings.

As Junrong did for the March meeting, we are looking to our “membership” to see if others out there would be willing/interested to present on the usage of vocabularies in their research/work.

We hold a meeting on the first Tuesday of the month each 3 months, so we are looking for presentations for the following dates:

  • Tuesday, 2nd June
  • Tuesday 1st December

Commonly we look to have a couple of presentations per meeting, so a presentation of about 15/20 minutes with allocation of additional question time, but are flexible.

If you are interested in presenting some of your work, we would love to hear from you.

Regards,

Natalia & Junrong (current AVSIG chairs)

Dr Natalia Atkins
