This paper has just come out in the Data Science Journal and may be of interest to AVSIG members: Harmonizing GCW Cryosphere Vocabularies with ENVO and SWEET. Towards a General Model for Semantic Harmonization

Another interest in this paper is that they have published a version of the Semantic Ladder in Figure 1. Nearly every other reference I have to this is in a blog or a presentation. It is nice to have the Semantic Ladder in a citable reference. Does anyone else know a citable reference to the Semantic ladder?
