AVRBUD CRC Error

Hello,

I am trying to flash an ATMega128A (Idencical to ATMega128 but with lower current draw) and I have followed the instructions properly but the download fails every time. The PC sends the correct key and it is acknowledged by the AVR which returns "waiting for data". The PC will then start sending the correct Data but the AVR returns a NACK (0x21) 4 times then a "update failed" error is given so I think there is a CRC error somewhere. 

Has anyone had the same problem and managed to fix it?

The prj works prperly with traditional rs232 and rs485, but there are some problems in other times. I recomend in the func WriteCom add a code, that will enable and disable TXD and RXD on MCU.
