AVRUB may accept bigger HEX file. Just open option dialog, select
correct item in Flash Size, click ok button, then you may use big hex.
Default Flash size is 8K.

In fact AVRUB may be use as a bin/hex converter tool, it support
bigger hex file(but not support 32bit address now).
