Hello,

I have moved the project over to GitHub.

https://github.com/avr-uip/avr-uip

I have kept the clean copies of the code from google code in the “google-code-*” repositories

The main “aver-uip” repository is the area where I think changes should be made, not in the other repos.

I spend most of my time on OS X these days so I went ahead and made sure I could compile everything on my system.
I added a note to the top level README about where to get the avr-gcc for OS X.
I also added back the “unix” directory which was removed at some point in the avr-uip project history.  I also made sure it works for me on OS X.
I added a README to the “unix” about what you need in order to compile it on OS X.  It works quite well I think.

If I have time I plan to continue working on the “unix” area so projects can be developed and tested on a unix system and then moved to an AVR chip.
The most time consuming thing for me when I worked on this project in the past was debugging issues on the hardware… things like bad pointers and non-terminated strings :-p

I’m not sure when I will have time to do anything else on this project.

If anyone wants to take the time to move the old issues over to GitHub, filtering them ;-) to what matters.  That would be great.

Thanks.

Diane
