project license changed to "Other Open Source"

Why the change?

Simple.

The enc28j60.tux driver
Some of the code was released under the GPL.

UIP
Some was released and the rights were retained but, you are allowed to
use it how you like. This sounds more BSD like.

Other code lacks any license OR only has a copy write holder listed
with no permissions.

So... While technically the GPL code "infects" all of the other
code... ... You can also see this a multiple apps in a system in which
case it does NOT "infect" the other code. Yes, it's a single binary
but... things get a little fuzzy here. Anyhow. Just to recognize
that there are multiple licenses for the different code in the tree.
I have changed the license this project releases code under.
