Hey ladies of Asheville Ultimate,

I need your help. National Women and Girls in Sports Day is happening on Saturday February 11 and AUC is hosting 2 ultimate frisbee clinics. For those who don't know, NWGSD is an awesome annual event that introduces girls and women of all ages to new sports and activities to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. Who wouldn't want to support that?

Saturday February 11 - We will be teaching 2 clinics:
11am-12:00pm: 11-16 year olds
12:30-1:30pm - Adult Women

It would be great to have 3-5 ultimate women at each of the clinics. Please let me know if you're able to help with one or both of the clinics. It's a great way to spread the word about AUC in the community.

I went last year and it was a lot of fun! We had around 20 girls in one session! Unfortunately I work on Saturdays so I can't make it this year, but i highly encourage anyone who has the time to go, spread the love of ultimate.
