Ladies,
As discussed last week during Women's Pick-up, we are going to start Speed and Jump training for women at Memorial this Sunday October 2 @ 2:30, a mere 30-minutes prior to pick-up!
Rod (from Parks & Rec and Ali Noll's squeeze) has been very generous to offer his wisdom and skills to us for free. A lot of us are runners and cyclists but very few of us prepare our bodies for the crazy multi-directional movements that we find ourselves experiencing on Wednesday evenings at ultimate. Let's take a proactive approach to preparing our bodies for the craziness we put them through in order to avoid injury, improve our speed and have a blast.
Please come out on Sunday and check this out. Rod was very generous to share his wisdom and time with us and if it goes well, we might very well keep this going.
