Greetings,
I sent a post earlier this morning about InfoSound's closure at the end of
April, I used the send email link in the message to Roland Myres, not
realizing the message he sent would not be included.
Here, now, is the original message which I deleted in error, somebody else
replied and left the original message on the end of their email hence I am
now able to send it.

Dear All,
Just to say that our trustees have, today, announced that Infosound is soon
to close. Just like so many small charities, it has become increasingly
difficult for us to fundraise even the modest amount needed to cover our
basic running costs; so, we'll be calling it a day at the end of April.
But I didn't want to bow out without saying a huge and heartfelt "thank you"
to talking newspapers up and down the UK who, for so many years, kindly and
collectively carried our audio material to thousands of vision-impaired
people who would, otherwise, never have heard it. And many thanks also to
the good folk who have been at the helm of TNF - and, before that, TNAUK -
who encouraged and enabled our partnership working since 1991.
It's been great.
Thank you again, and keep up the good work!
Rowland
