Allen Bradley DF1

Does anyone know of a java library for Allen Bradley DF1? I'm playing
with the idea of writing one, but I would just as soon avoid that if
someone else has already gone through the trouble.

I did a short search and didn't immediately come up with anything. If you
can find an open source C library we could integrate that into the framework
with KNI calls (similar to JNI but much easier to use).
