1. Maintain all required Technical documentation for company fleet and keeping update as per required standard.
2. Planning and preparing Aircraft check cards, materials, tools and equipments for required checks of Aircraft and report to Dir of Maintenance & Engineering.
3. Planning, purchasing and Import & Export arrangement support for spare parts, tools materials & other components as per requirement of maintenance & Engineering department from competitive markets and report to Dir. of Administration & Commerce.
4. Material Management, controlling in & out, inventory update, store record and report to Company.
5. Keeping records of Flight hours, cycle of company Aircrafts and update as per company program and report to Dir. of Maintenance & Engineering.
6. Monthly planning, budgeting and maintaining of material & documentation support for company operational needs and reporting to Dir. of Commerce.
Key Performance Measures
· Qualifications and Experience: Essential - Bachelor's degree and extensive management experience, including several years in material management, purchasing and/or sales manager. Experience of the airline industry in a management role is desirable.
· Skills:
- Managerial skills: able to motivate and performance manage marketing and sales staff
- Computer literate: able to use office software to prepare reports, write letters, produce numerical data, analyse numerical data, prepare and deliver presentations, etc.
- Presentation skills: able to prepare and deliver high quality presentations to a wide variety of audiences
· English language skills: able to correspond and converse in English [written and oral]
