getFilters not working

Hi guys--

I'm trying to call getfilters() to return the list of filters. I've
followed the API docs, as well as tried to emulate the examples in the
various SDKs (there seems to be some gaps between the two, btw), but
cannot get any results from this method.

I've been able to construct the request correctly, and receive back a
success status...however, the filters XML object is completely empty.

I appreciate any guidance you can provide--thanks!!

That usually means that you are passing an incorrect platform. What value are you sending for "platform"?

Snap, nevermind. I was not passing in the hardware_version correctly.
Thanks for your fast response, though.
