Issues syncing

Hello,

We are having a  number of issues with our transcriptions.

1.  When we upload a transcript to Aviary (timestamps already included) and immediately preview it, we see in a number of locations that two lines are combined, mainly where we have a timestamp.  But this is intermittent and does not happen at all timestamps.  At first we thought this was a space issue, meaning we had two many spaces in between or not enough, but that is not the case.  When we try to move the line down, it deletes it.  

Also, during the syncing process, the "sync" mode is not stopping and restarting at it's designated second mark (i.e. 5 seconds, 10 seconds).  The video just progresses.
