Invited by Organization, but don't have access to two factor authentication

Hello,

I have been trying to contact support for several weeks now and haven't received a response. I was invited to Aviary by my organization, the Portage County Historical Society, but when I log in, it sends me to a page for multi-factor authentication. Unfortunately, I haven't received any emails so I can't proceed. This has my project at a standstill. Please let me know what to do next.
