Does anybody know how to get the study guide for the 2013 exam?

So that means that the application should be in before that time in order to be considered eligible? When do most people submit their application? I know the dead line is Jan. 2013

I would definitely confirm with someone official, but I remember the
sequence of events to be: submit packet, receive letter of acceptance,
then receive the study guide along with instructions about how & when
to submit the exam fee. I'm assuming you're talking about the official
2012 breakdown of test question percentages in each category and not
the generic study guide available to all...
