My little space on the internet is devoted to providing wholesome and delicious recipes while also giving some inspiration and ideas for daily workouts. The recipes I create are healthy, while being easy to make and flavorful.

Pumpkin is loaded with potassium, vitamin A, and beta-carotene. Chia seeds pack protein, fiber, healthy omega 3s, and antioxidants. This chia pudding is also free of added sweeteners! All those health benefits for a dish that tastes like the pie you eat once a year?! Yes please!

I have been eating this pumpkin pie chia pudding with my breakfast, as an afternoon/pre-workout snack, or after dinner for a little treat. It has a good balance of carbs, healthy fats, and protein and provides the perfect amount of sweetness.

This looks delicious! I am just starting an elimination diet and every ingredient in this is approved except for the almond milk. I was wondering what your thoughts are on switching it out for coconut milk? I know coconut milk is denser so maybe use less?

Ellie, this recipe for pumpkin chia pudding is so delicious! I added maple syrup like others suggested, and I mix in some hemp seed for additional crunch and protein when I eat it. Thanks so much, this is going into my regular breakfast rotation!

I made this with two variations. I had a nut mix with pecans and a few craisins on hand so I used that for the pecans called for. I also pitted and chopped a date and blended it in for a bit of sweetness. 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup canned coconut milk where the almond milk was called for. So good, I licked the spatula when I cleared the blender. I sure am excited for breakfast!

Like my zucchini chickpea flour muffins, this recipe is oil-free, yet still moist, tender, and rich with nutritious fats thanks to a combination of plenty of vegetables (in this case, pumpkin) and flaxseed meal (hello, healthy omega-3 fatty acids).

In a single bowl, combine chickpea flour, flaxseed meal, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and salt. Add the pumpkin, some water and vanilla, and then whisk or stir until the batter is completely smooth.

Another tip: I find that pumpkin muffins (of all varieties, not just grain-free, vegan ones) tend to stick to the paper or foil liners. My solution? Give the interiors of the liners a spritz of cooking spray (sides and bottom) before filling with batter. If you want the muffins 100% oil-free, skip this optional step.

Sweetener Options: An equal amount of your favorite granular or liquid sweetener can be used in place of the coconut sugar. If using a liquid sweetener, decrease the total amount of water to 1/4 cup (60 mL).

The pumpkin puree is what makes these beauties fluffy as all hell. You may substitute in sweet potato puree or butternut squash puree which also keeps them super fluffy. These are all available in the canned goods section of your supermarket. Or, of course, you can roast the vegetables and do it on your own.

These yummies will not last long in your home, so bake accordingly. Many people have written to me saying that they have subbed in applesauce for the egg or a flax egg and it worked out great. Some people told me they left it out all together and that it still worked great. I have not tried any of these options but, knowing baking, I believe they would all work.

Spread the seeds out on a rimmed cookie sheet and place in the oven. Roast 30-45 minutes, mixing with a spatula every 10 minutes. Remove when seeds are browned and crispy. Sprinkle with additional salt and sugar to taste.

Wow those sounds really tasty, I made roasted curried pumpkin seeds that might be good if you wanna try something different next time! But I can imagine they really would be great with cinnamon, ginger and allspice! Congrats on the beautiful picture ?

Hungry Pumpkin is a single appearance character and the main antagonist of The Victor Show episode "Victor Goes To Arlen!" where he tries to eat Victor and Hank, but Victor blows him up and even explodes him.

The Pumpkin Suit is a suit you can obtain by getting the badge Pumpkin 2019. You need to find the pumpkin with the face on it, as it teleports to different pumpkins. If you don't start the quest for the suit, plain pumpkins just have "It's a pumpkin! Halloween must be nearby."

It is pumpkin season and while you might be thinking about all the sweet recipes, like pumpkin bread, pumpkin banana muffins, and healthy pumpkin cookies, this savory fall comfort dish may be just the thing you need to cozy up with.

Made this today and it was delicious!!!! I substituted Sherry because I had no white wine. I also added a touch of nutmeg to bring out the wonderful pumpkin flavor. Thank you for this delicious recipe, it makes alot too!

These are not only simple and delicious, but nutritious! Pumpkins come with numerous health benefits. Pumpkins are rich in vitamin A which supports your eyesight and can strengthen your immune system. They are packed with vitamin C; a single serving of pumpkin is roughly 20% of the daily recommended allowance of vitamin C (Cleveland Clinic, 2022). It has high potassium, which is vital for heart health.

In this recipe, I threw everything in a bowl and mixed until evenly distributed. I rolled the batter in my hands to shape cookies to my desire! You could also use a cookie scooper if you want to be less messy. If it is having trouble sticking together, I would advise adding more maple syrup. As for the texture, if you want your cookie to be more smooth, I would try blending the oats in a blender before adding all other ingredients. You could even try a cream cheese frosting to jazz it up a bit!

Hungry PumkinCharacters featuredCustomer PumkinTeaches aboutHealthy and Unhealthy FoodsHungry Pumkin is a minigame in Pumkin Land. In this minigame, you need to feed the hungry pumkin the food he asks for.

You may have heard of the Hungry Pumpkin, some users online have made fun of this minigame found in Pumpkin World and have even made Youtube Poops based off of it, but what most people don't know is that this minigame has an origin to it. It was based off of a disturbing event that took place at a particular cafe.

Nobody knew why this person wasn't banned, but for some reason, the owner of the cafe took a liking to this customer. He creeped children out with his gross appearance, perhaps something gained from his terrible eating habits. He would come to this cafe everyday because he loved the food there. That wasn't the prblem with him at first, but he started to become attached to this cafe after eating there a couple times.

At first he started to treat the workers and other customers poorly. If a food dish was slightly off and not how he wanted it to be, he would decline it and sometimes break the plate in rage due to his short temper. Other issues involved him grossing out people by "drinking" a container of ketchup. He also had terrible hygiene which made other customers either leave or sit far away from him. Sometimes, he would leave the cafe without paying for his meal, but for some reason, that didn't bother the owner.

Some people nicknamed him The Pumpkin Man due to how he looked, they would secretly keep it to themselves because the cafe owner would scold and sometimes kick out people who said anything bad about "The Pumpkin Man," claiming he was severely mental and that other people should go easy on him because of it. This even happened when the employees would make legitimate complaints about him, and even when the customers who ate there did the same. Eventually, his behavior took a turn for the worse.

The Pumpkin Man walked into the cafe one morning and was about to enjoy a good breakfast, anticipating his pancakes and syrup. There was one problem though, the cafe had a shortage of butter on that day. This whole incident could have been avoided, but the owner pointed to a young couple who he had just given the last of the butter to. The Pumpkin Man went over to the couple and demanded that they give him the last of the butter. They both refused just to spite him and he lost his temper. He didn't want to be denied of his meal, he lashed out at one of them and others who tried to rush in and help when they heard screaming. When they were able to subdue the Pumpkin Man, it was too late.

The victim who got in the way of his meal stayed in a hospital where he died a few days later. He should have been arrested for this, but the owner was able to get the crooked cops of this small town to look the other way with a bribe. Everyone became frightened by the Pumpkin Man and had gotten fed up with his behavior. After that incident was covered up, the Pumpkin Man was the only one who came into the cafe. When the owner saw him come in, he smiled and had a delicious meal ready for him.

Now If you're interested in finding out about this cafe, you may be disappointed. If you try to look up this story on Google, it won't be there. Also, that cafe went out of business a few years ago. After it's closing, the Owner disappeared and was never seen again. Luckily, the same happened to that Pumpkin Man which brought joy to everyone who lived around there.
