I suspect they might be displayed when we imported the photos from her iPhone (via a lightning bolt to USB cable), rather than when the photos were taken. Thank you. We've just synched the iCloud Photos on to the iPhone and they are displayed in the correct date order. So that's good. it is unlikely that we will look at the photos in a browser on icloud.com

having some issues with my itunes and have done for a while. When my phone is plugged in iTunes used to show all the folders and allow me to select what I wanted on my iPhone. Now however it's changed, it just says "iCloud photos is on" but shows nothing else. It's super frustrating because I need a couple of the albums on my phone. If you don't want to do that, another option to transfer a few photos to the phone would be to manually upload them into the Photos app at by going to that site from your computer and uploading the photos. They would then automatically sync to your iPhone.

My icloud photos is updating (viewing spinning wheel on the right), and it has been this way for days. How do I make it stop?
