This is a great opportunity for fresher(s) to kick start their career. The profile is that of a Graduate Engineer Trainee, CTC 2.75L PA and is a full-time position. The recruitment process will take place in the coming week in Bangalore & Chennai (exact venue shall be shared upon your confirmation).Job location would be Chennai.

Job Description – Technical Domains (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Network, Security, Database etc)

• Independent troubleshooting within SLA
• Manage Customer escalations
• Implementation of Six sigma projects
• Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
• Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge
• Update the knowledge base
• Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
• Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
• Participate in monthly QA audits
• Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain

Eligibility criteria:

• 60% throughout in academics, no standing arrears, 2012 pass outs.
• History of Backlogs : Only 2 Allowed
• Service Agreement : 18 Months
• Open to Re-location
• Open to work in 24*7 work ambience.
• Location: Chennai

The Role: Graduate Engineering Trainees

Compensation:

• Selected candidates will be offered a salary of INR 2.16 Lacs PA (for first 3 months)
• Post successful completion of first 3 months INR 2.75 Lacs PA.
