MP3 gives incorrect duration

The attached MP3 is 3m20s in duration but AVBlocks says it is only 0.008 seconds:

Nick, we can reproduce the bug and we are looking into it.

We were able to fix this. It will go out April 11th with AVBlocks 2.0.

This should work as expected in AVBlocks 2.0 and above.
