Please forward this on to anyone you know would be interested.

The lady at Gravity adventures asked for names and needs to start finalising for the end of the year.

I know that some of you have not had much time to think about it as I sent on the information very recently.

I would like to give everyone till the end of the week to make up their minds.

I am going to send through the names that I have to guarantee our spots.

Seems like we not going to make the minimum people for our own groups, so we will just fill up another group. I checked and this is fine.

Below is the information again.

There is a spreadsheet on-line with all the details, you can edit it if you coming.

We need min 10 people to have our own group and can have max 30. The ideal is 24.

Costs:

• Basic, R4,075 (inclusive of new year's meal and party)
  
• Deposit is 25%, which is roughly R1,020

Optional Costs:

• Renting of a roll mat, R100
  
• Renting of a sleeping bag, R200
  
• Purchasing an airbed (Single), R350
  
• Purchasing an airbed (Double), R450
  
• Purchasing a tent (2 man), R550

We will be arriving there on the 27th of December.

We will be on the river by the 28th of December.

We will be back at base camp on the 31st of December.

We will leave on the 1st of January.
