I saw this streaming appliance a couple of years ago at Infocomm when it was brand new. Anybody using it? If so, what are your thoughts?

Thanks,
Harry

I also remember that unit from infocomm last year.  I was told they retailed at $20,000 per classroom and then add their server costs.  Didn't seem very practical at that price.

Yeah, not a cheap device. CDW has them for $15k, but there may be hidden costs (licenses maybe?). They have a model that works with their server, or one that is a stand alone, maybe that’s the price difference. It packs a lot of features, including a very flexible I/O section.

We have a few of these. We bought the less expensive version that requires the server. It took us a long time to get them set up and working somewhat. We still don’t have all of the functionality we wanted.
