Responsibilities test planning, test analysis, design and execution according to existing processes and standards. Much have advanced or expert knowledge of QA methodologies and overall ALM/SDLC. Experience with software test tools such as QC, QTP, LoadRunner, etc.
Management Skills: Strong communication skills, information gathering, analysis, problem solving and collaboration. Works with little supervision. May supervise others.

Position 2-
QA Analyst
Paramus, NJ

Primary Skill: Mercury & LoadRunner
Responsible for interpreting functional requirements and creating/maintaining test scenarios and scripts in QC, along with test data preparation and test script execution. Ability to document test plans for medium to high complexity projects; ability to create and execute automated test scripts through QTP. Ability to utilize Load Runner to perform application performance testing - work with CPM to assess impact of test results on resource utilization. Ensure that test is calibrated to reflect baseline results and that volume/performance testing results will correlate to those in production.
Management Skills:
Excellent knowledge of standard testing practices, along with the usage of QC, QTP and Loadrunner and the standard MS products. Also requires excellent analytical skills and interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. Must be able to learn and adapt quickly. Knowledge of multi-tiered, distributed application environments expected.
