I have two transmission-daemons running (1.93 and 2.03) and with 2.03
I get this error message:

http://xxx/transmission/transmission/web/

409: Conflict

Your request had an invalid session-id header.

To fix this, follow these steps:

1. When reading a response, get its X-Transmission-Session-Id
header and remember it
2. Add the updated header to your outgoing requests
3. When you get this 409 error message, resend your request with
the updated header

This requirement has been added to help prevent CSRF attacks.

X-Transmission-Session-Id:
PS81oTWkA7QVXrRfsXe6didvW3yx3rSGe8nBbyLckJSmuGZP

Works fine with 1.93. Is the error on my side?

thanks,

hello ong,

I haven't tried the latest transmission daemon yet. When I get some
time I'll give it a try. The plugin is supposed to handle that
situation, but perhaps version 2.03 has changed the format of the
error message. Sorry for the problem. I hope you can use 1.93 for
now.

cheers,
Glenn

No problem, 1.93 is just fine. Thanks for the great extension!

I just upgraded to 2.03, and I'm seeing the same thing. It isn't a
problem for autotrans's Torrent It feature, which is the most
important thing -- it's only happening when you click the status bar
icon to bring up the web ui.

Note that the URL it directs you to is wrong; it has two
"transmission/" path components, while it should only have one.

Confirm having the same problem. I cannot upload torrents though. Get
the same 409 error. The desktop UI works just fine though.

It looks like this was a bug in Transmission itself, and has been
fixed in 2.04:

Note: I haven't installed 2.04 yet myself, but will probably do so in
the next day or two.
