Dear users,

I sincerely apologize for any data loss that may have occurred during the transition from Closed Testing to the full production release of the app.

❗ Why did this happen?

When an app is moved from Closed Testing to a full release, Google Play treats it as a new application from a system perspective.
Because of this, the testing version and the production version are considered separate apps, which can result in local data from the testing version not being automatically transferred to the full version.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the Google Play system and cannot be fully controlled by the app itself.

I understand how important your data is and I am truly sorry to everyone affected by this issue.
Your trust means a lot to me, and I regret any inconvenience this may have caused.


⚠️ WARNING FOR USERS WHO HAVEN’T UPDATED YET

If you have not updated the app yet to the full version:

➡️ After updating, data from the testing version may no longer be available in the full version

This applies only when moving from Closed Testing to the official release.
