HiTag2 V3.1 Programmer, it always prompts "Please reconnect the device to USB port"

Most of HiTag2 V3.1 Programmer users have problem when trying to program transponders. After connecting the device to computer and installing the USB driver successfully, but it shows "Please reconnect the device to USB port". 

The software works fine depending on those settings:

1: You'd better run the software in XP system with 32 bits computer;

2: Disable the antivirus software and fireware temporarily;

3: Change the computer date to 01-04-2011 before you run the software; 

After you change the settings if it still shows the message, please exit the program and disconnect the device from computer; about 2 mins and then reconnect the device to computer and reflesh your computer (means let your computer recognise the device completely before you use the software); it should shows "device is get ready" for starting working. But you may encounter the same result, please try to disconnect and reconnect once again more times.

Notice: If it shows "Adaptor status error, Check your hardware", please exit the program first and then disconnect the hardware; The firmware of the hardware is easy to disorder if you disconnect the hardware without exit the program.
