(DIY) Read data snapshot off-line

Is there a way to read a snapshot taken with AT Express DIY without
the OBDII adaptor connected? Seems the program won't do anything
unless the adaptor is attached to vehicle and connected in program.

AutoTap replied that this is was reported to Engineering and the
feature will be cosidered in the next release.
