Using Extended Calendars to schedule payroll jobs on 15th and EOMWORK in R11.3.5

I want to schedule the payroll on the 15th and the last WORK day of the month. 

If the 15th lands on a holiday or weekend, I want payroll to run on the previous workday. 

I can do each individually, but how do I them together without selecting each date in a manual calendar.

I think I found my problem. 

The conditions for the Extended Calendar is 

MNTHD#15 | EOMWORK

not

WORKD#15 | EOMWORK

This one was giving me the 15th WORK day which was the 19th or 20th day of the month excluding the weekends.

In order for this to work, I still have to load a holiday calendar and select the "Schedule on the previous workday"  and on the same on the Non-Workday Action (no calendar needed).
