How to restart a file watcher job after it is terminated

Hi ,

       I've written a autosys file watcher job. I would like to specify a condition where the same job will restart after certain amount of time if it is terminated. 

For example my file watcher job is terminated at 1:30 PM and i would like to restart the job after 2:30 PM automatically. 

Could you please help me to find out the scenario?. Here is my job
