Testing this new facility. I have much enjoyed the Bastias article I
read recently, and have been wanting to join the conversation about it
on the Yahoo list. I hope to have the time to do so soon.
On another matter, and since I am more or less out of the academic
loop, and know nothing of the personalities currently active in the
field, nor their whereabouts, I am wondering what remnants, if any, of
autopoiesis work remain in Santiago itself. I bet there isn't a state
museum honouring the pre-coup work of Stafford Beer (that was obviously
not autopoiesis in and of itself, but then again...).
But are there active departments, seminars, etc in this region? (Yes,
I ask also because upcoming travel plans take me through the town, in
which I have never been before).
I don't mind if I get slammed for naive and silly questions. This is a
test message!
I may end up sending it to the Yahoo list too.
Best wishes to all,

Don't know the answer to this. Suggest you post it to the other group
if you have not already.
