production release v2025a_8

I've finished off a new production release, which takes care of the
issues seen with v2025a_6 and v2025a_7 properly.  Apologies for the hiccup!

In case you are curious, there about ten different places where the
environment for Jython scripts is initialized, from loading data with a
script to implementing web services
(https://sourceforge.net/p/autoplot/feature-requests/849/). Jython
scripting goes back to the first versions of Autoplot as we were looking
for an alternative to IDL for processing, and it's built up unnecessary
complexity over the past 18 years.  I hope to clean this up sometime
soon, but the major limitation where only one graphics environment
existed is now fixed.
