Autoplot v2022a_8

I've made an update to the production release (v2022a_8) and I'd like for everyone to update when they can.  The issue is a mistake in recent code which optimally averages an Nx2 dataset to make a length N dataset, which is used often in the graphics.  I had a dopey mistake in the code which I didn't notice until I was looking at test data closely.  This also includes a new routine for picking ticks on a log axis when 1-2 cycles are visible.
