I've updated the Autoplot production release to v2023a_4. This fixes a
number of relatively minor or obscure bugs, such as parsing a Das2Stream
where the transfer type changes mid-stream, and introduces a useful
change where changing the data processing filters will only re-autorange
in Y when the filter doesn't affect X, which is almost all the filters.
