Autoplot v2024a_5 is released

I've released Autoplot v2024a_5 today.  The most notable change is the
HAPI dialog has a search for the parameter name as well, since we
noticed that https://hapi-server.org/servers/SSCWeb/hapi has around 60
parameters per ID and it's hard to find things. Also there's a new
dialog for creating the script title and description, making it a little
more wysiwyg and to encourage use of the setScriptDescription and
setScriptTitle commands which make things easier to find.  I use it all
the time already, and I may expand it to handle code for getting
parameters as well.

share an idea!  This is the "Start Autoplot" on autoplot.org go directly
using http://autoplot.org/jnlp/latest/.
