Autoplot production release v2024a_14

I've updated the production release of Autoplot to v2024a_14. This is
basically the same as the pre-AGU development release, except the jar
files included correct a runtime error with PDS4 handling.

This contains bugfixes like:

* Corrections to the log ticks when ~1.5 cycles are shown
* HAPI data will use spectrograms for many initial views, instead of
stack of line plots
* Don't throw runtime error when empty data source is edited

and new features like:

* PDS3 and PDS4 data with time for the first column will use times as X
values
* PDS3 demo bookmark.
