Autoplot v2026a_1 released

Hello all and happy new year!  I've made a new Autoplot production
release.  It has some fun new features like:

* new Largest Triangle Three Buckets (LTTB) routine for data reduction
which highlights extremes introduced
* run batch will automatically scroll the list of jobs to follow what's
running
* the default slice looks for "vperp" and "vpar" dimensions on a rank 3
qube and will slice appropriately

And bug fixes like:

* support for x-axis tick annotations (ephemeris) where L organizes data
* old non-working PDS-PPI DOT/DOS data source removed, and PDS4 and PDS3
are supported
* das2streams can have error bars again
* Run batch tool properly resets its buttons when processing is stopped.
