development release 20241206a before the production release, hope to see you at AGU

I've made a development release which I expect will become the new
production release after AGU.  It has lots of little bugfixes in hopes
of finishing off the year with a nice, clean release. This is at
https://autoplot.org/devel/.

I'll be at AGU presenting Autoplot's new support for PDS3 and PDS4
files, Monday afternoon at IN13B-2157.  Stop by if you get a chance,
it's always nice to meet those using Autoplot and to get feedback!  Hope
