production release v2022a_5 is available

I've made the monthly production release of Autoplot, see http://autoplot.org/jnlp/v2022a_5/.  Most importantly this corrects a change from v2022a_4, which was intended to support how rendering hints were propagated though unbundling the X, Y, and Z components of a vector time series, but prevented other operations from working.  This release also introduces support for ODL and STS files which some groups use for magnetometer data (on Juno, for example), and the PNG Walk Tool allows filtering to show only the imaged marked "Okay" instead of any marked image.
