I've made a new production release of Autoplot. This improves feedback
with the Run Batch tool, corrects the automatic yrange when plotting X,
Y, Z components, and has a bunch of new code supporting PDS3 files.
Other minor bugfixes and new features are described at
https://autoplot.org/latest/.
