release v2026a_2

I've made a new production release of Autoplot, v2026a_2.  This contains
a number of bugfix features like:

* All Das2Streams are read through the new parser, and handles nominal
and warning limits property.
* --script ... --help will print the usage based on the script's arguments.
* bounds are checked when switching dimensions with slice GUI avoiding
the runtime error.

And new features like:

* Run Batch scripts from command line, supporting multi-core processing
and multi-machine processing.
* Das2 server progress is reported using the timetags, when progress
information is not available on the stream.
* Native file choosers can be used.
