update to the production release

I've made an update to the production release of Autoplot, to v2021a_7.
This release includes just a few changes, and one to support a new
script needed quickly. The changes include:
* correction to X and Y argument for ASCII file reader which wasn't
committed before v2021a_6 release.
* new createApplicationModel command creates a second Autoplot instance
whose canvas can be added to the calling instance.
* export data from slicers ignored the "additional options"
* createDataPointRecorder button automatically adds button to export to
any format.
Follow the "start autoplot" link to launchers for different platforms,
and let me know what you think of the new release page.
