Autoplot release v2024a_7, but without Mac version

I've made a new production version of Autoplot, v2024a_7, for
single-jar, Linux, and Windows versions.  I'm having an issue with
signing the Mac version so it is not yet available, but should be soon. 
This version has minor new features like setting the font size with the
slicer popups, and fixes a few problems discovered with CDF files having
to do with FA_ESA_L2_EEB where the "master" wasn't used to correct the
DEPEND linkages.

Also, support for large IDL Save files, greater than 2GB but containing
variables where each variable is less than 2GB, should be ready soon,
but I didn't have time to finish off that new feature.  I might make a
release v2024a_8 in the next week or two.
